Hello All,
I'm new to this forum and to Flare, so I hope you will be patient with some really newbie questions. I've jut taken over from another technical writer at my company and am trying to figure out the systems and files he left me.
I have some topics that each have their own targets, associated with a default stylesheet called styles.css. This was not outputting correctly (no boookmarks in the PDF), so I made a copy of it which I renamed styeswbookmarks.css. I then associated the topic with that stylesheet in the targets.
But when I try to edit the associated htm topics, the styles available are the ones in styles.css. If I try to Edit Style or Create Style from the Styles window, the Select Stylesheet to modify window shows only styles.css. It does not allow me to choose any of the other stylesheets in the Resources/Stylesheets folder.
Within the Properties of the HTM topic itself, neither styles nor styleswbookmarks is listed, only some table styles.
I need better control of the styles as we are doing a lot of interchanges with Word which are resulting in mess wherever the styles are not rigourously applied.
Thanks for your help and patience.

Topic Stylesheet is the Wrong One, How Change?
Re: Topic Stylesheet is the Wrong One, How Change?
Do you have a stylesheet defined on the project level? Or on the target level? If I am not mistaken in that case you can not define a stylesheet on the topic level.
At least that is what I remembered from this post:viewtopic.php?f=6&t=26386&p=116516&hili ... et#p116467
