Bit of a random question here:

Flare 12.0 has a new installer design that closely resembles the look of the recent Visual Studio installers...

Does anyone know how this installer was created (i.e., what tools are used, etc.)? We'd like to create something similar for our software product, and I'm looking for a little direction.
