PDF stylesheet

Post by ccardimon »

Someone wants to edit the stylesheet for one of my project. I sent it to him. He says the one I sent, the only one I use for that project, is the web version. How he can tell, I don't know.

How can I send him the PDF version of the stylesheet? I need to send him the version that is used for "Print Medium."

In your PDF target, on the Advanced tab, under Stylesheet Medium, you should see the medium that you are using for your PDF output. But there is generally no separate file; Flare writes style information for print and online media into the same stylesheet file. If that is the only stylesheet you have for your project, and there is not another stylesheet in some other project that you use for print, and there is no special medium selected in the PDF target, then the answer is "I don't have one." Your designer should add the print media definitions to the same file using @media print or @media onlinePDF.
When you get the stylesheet back from your designer and put it back into your Flare project, in your PDF target, on the Advanced tab, under Stylesheet Medium, select the medium he created.
