Different UI Text for different mediums?

Hi all,

Is it possible to have one UI Text in the navigation "Contents" tab in Web medium, and a different UI Text in the corresponding tab in Tablet and Mobile mediums?
I'm currently working in a responsive HTML5 Tripane Flare project.

I'm new to the forum. Been working in Flare for about a year.
