Styling equations in Flare 12

I don't seem to be able to style equations in Flare 12. I'm using the exact same styles that I was using for Flare 11, but the equations aren't the same font, color, anything. Here's the style I'm currently using:
In addition, the images generated by Flare 12 are blurry, whether it's png format or svg. The relatively simple equations come out looking ok (not great), but the more complex equations are downright unreadable.
The only solution I can think of is to generate my equations in Flare 11, then generate my output in Flare 12 and replace the generated equations with the ones generated by Flare 11 ... the equations are in a separate Flare project that's imported into my primary project, so that can work. But it's a pain, not ideal at all.
Am I missing something here? Why aren't my styles working anymore? Help!
EDIT: I should add that I'm using HTML5/TopNav output. I haven't experimented with Word or PDF outputs yet.
Code: Select all
MadCap|equation
{
font-family: Cambria, 'Times New Roman', serif;
color: #0D0D0D;
font-size: 1em;
}
