Different display across browsers

Hi,

My online help displays different header and menu across web browsers. Please scroll horizontally to see the attached images:

Google Chrome: Menu is displaying properly, but the Search Filter button is not aligned with the Search bar.

Mozilla Firefox: Search Filter/Search Bar buttons are properly aligned, but instead of a menu, this browser displays Navigation Slide out button.

IE: There is a slight misalignment of Search Filter button and one of the menu items is not properly aligned with the rest.
