Hi Salem,

There is a presentation on page layouts that I found very useful for generating PDF content. It is called "Master Pages and Page Layouts: Where Do I Start?" and is on http://www.madcapsoftware.com/resources ... inars.aspx

It might help you out with setting up page numbering and layouts for a print type output.
