I have an issue where the source file name is glossary.htm, but the output uses an upper-case G. Subsequently, the TOC link results in a page error in the server environments, e.g., QA, Staging, Production. Strangely, the link works on my hard drive.
I'm trying to understand how the file name is being changed. In the Target Editor, I noticed the Glossary tab has a Glossary.flglo file selected to be used when generating the output. Could this be the cause?

Not exactly answering your question, but what if you selected "User lowercase filenames" in the advanced tab of your target?

That works, too. Thanks! Flare's Help mentions using this feature in UNIX environments as they are case-sensitive. I suspect this explains why I didn't have an issue on my hard drive, but only from the server.
