404 Not Found for URL with Plus Sign

Just in case anyone else experiences this:

This happens frequently with exports from Confluence as Word documents which are used as Word Imports. From Confluence, spaces are converted to plus signs for the file name, which is in turn used in folder names by Flare. Use Flare to rename the folder to not use the plus signs and all is fine again.

EDIT: I first thought it was Flare's Word Import that was substituting plus signs for spaces.
