Set a specific accordion to expand by default

This drives me crazy in Flare 12.

I have several panes in accordion mode. How can I set which one is on top/expanded by default when Flare opens? Every time it takes an extra click.
For example, the Content Explorer and the Project Organizer share an accordion pane. I would love Content Explorer to be expanded by default, but it's always collapsed.

Question: Can I set which accordion bar is on top? How?

Please do not suggest separating the panes. They're stacked because I want maximum real-estate for my topics—the writing and editing that is the bulk of my work time in Flare.

Thanks. :)

I solved it!

What doesn't work: dragging the bars to re-order them with the accordion. That is, you can drag to re-order during the session, but the new order does not persist to future sessions.

What does work: Do it in three steps.
  • Prepare. Display all the panes that you want in the same accordion—File Reviews, Project Organizer, Content Explorer, and so on.
  • Separate the one you want on top. Work with the accordion bar that you want to have the focus by default. Drag the accordion bar OFF the accordion; drop it so it becomes a floating pane.
    • To drag, use the four-bar hamburger icon that each accordion bar has.
  • Assemble the accordion pane. Drag and drop the same floating pane back to the accordion or target pane where uo want teh accordion. The last one dropped gets the focus by default, in successive sessions. I tested, and this does seem to persist.
    • Drag it to the middle of the target pane, and then, in the set of five drop targets that pops up, drop on the middle/centre icon.
