Many Flare projects, one GIT Repo

Hi, I'm trying to bind multiple Flare projects to GIT but I can't figure out how it should work. I can create a GIT repo at the level up from my Flare projects easily enough but then I can't bind the individual Flare projects at the level down because it just crashes Flare every single time with a LibGit2Sharp.CheckoutConflictException. I can bind each Flare project individually to GIT and have several GIT repos, but what I'd really like is to bind several Flare projects to one GIT repo. Has anyone got any insight in to how to achieve this or should I just revert to TFS and hope that the GIT integration improves?
