This showed up today in PDF output, and I am not sure what's causing it.
The only 'suspicious' changes I made were:
* Changed CH1 entries in the TOC from First Right to Continue L/R
* Changed the mc-format of MadCap|xref from "{para}" {pageref} to "{para}" on page {page}
Despite these global changes, the Bookmark entry isn't appearing in any other PDFs (so far).
Any ideas what might be causing this? I'm not sure what to search for in the Flare docs, and obviously "bookmarks" will send me down the rabbit hole.
For now I can manually delete the bookmark, but I am hoping to automate PDF generation shortly.

Re: "Bookmarks" suddenly appears in PDF bookmark frame
After poking around a bit, I noticed that the Bookmarks entry appeared in guides where I had manually created "mini tocs" in longer topics. For example, an "in this section" thingy at the top of the topic. Those markers appeared in PDF bookmark frame under the Bookmark entry.
In the target, I discovered a setting in PDF Options tab, under Document Properties, called Include non-TOC bookmarks in the bookmarks pane.
I cleared the checkbox, built again, and the the entry went away.
