Hello,
I am attempting to do a clean up of a Flare project dropped in my lap where each individual topic is tagged with all kinds of tags. I want to put them in folders and tag the folders. To do this properly I want to clear all tags from all articles/topics. I can't even highlight multiple topics with shift so I am at a loss for how best to clear all these tags. Any GUI suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Help! Batch file/topic un/tagging

Figured out a regular expression replace
MadCap:conditions=".*" MadCap:lastBlockDepth
MadCap:lastBlockDepth
But I was hoping there was a GUI option that also had options to leave some tags if needed, like maybe a list of conditional tags with the checkbox where it is white if not selected, black check if selected and grey check if it differs based on what files you have selected then you can un/check if you desire. Anything like this?

In Content Explorer, you can select multiple files at a time using the Toggle Show Files button - that's the 2nd button from the left. You can then select several files in a folder and apply or remove conditions and other properties.
Another option is to use the File List (View ribbon) - you can sort the files in Condition applied order, and you can select multiple files at once.

Thank you wclass for your input. This is helpful but it still only allows you to highlight all files in one folder at a time, is there an option to highlight all topics in the whole project?

Did you try the File List? Look for it on the View menu tab. You can filter across all files and sort by clicking the column headings. This is an option I use a lot!
