How to include all topics in project in PDF

I want to generate a PDF of all the topics. How do I set up the PDF target to include all of the topic files in the project. There are about 136 HTML topic files.

Have you tried creating a new TOC for your PDF?

Include all the topics in your preferred order and change the pdf target properties to use the new TOC.
