Can I turn off the "Open Topic Memory" (auto-topic opening)?

Hey all,
I was wondering if there was a way to turn off/disable Flare's "automatic opening" of all of the topics I had open, the last time I worked on a project. It's a minor issue (that I know I can "just deal with"), but it tends to get a little annoying, sitting and waiting for 30, 40, 50+ topics to re-open, 'cause I left them open last time I worked on the project. Yeah, I know... I'm impatient.
I know I can use the right-click "Close all topics except this one" option, but I tend to forget to do so when I close a project. If there's a "Preferences" setting, or possiblly a .cfg file tweak I can do to turn this feature off, it'd be most appreciated (or maybe request that MadCap just eliminate this feature in a future release!
).
Thanks!
