CSH Skin options in HMTL5 Top Nav help

We're using Flare 12 and have a top navigation HTML5 help output for standalone use and I am trying to get it set up for CSH as well. Things were going well until I tried to get the CSH to output into a small pop-up window. The help documentation states the size of the window can be set by calling the topic with javascript, specifying the skin in that call, and using an alternate skin in which the window size has been specified in the skin editor. But there is no where in the HTML5 top nav skin to control window size. Is it possible to have a HTML5 top navigation project that can also output to small windows using CSH?
