Kerning Issues with PDFs

Hi

I have experienced an intermittent kerning issue when building PDFs on a Macbook Pro running Windows via Bootcamp. I was using a Google sourced Open Sans font to add another variable to the pot. The PDFs were generated with exaggerated spaces between the characters on occasion. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

This may be the same issue that folks had with Flare 10/Win 7 and that I have with Flare 12/Win10, if the display on the system where you house your Flare project is not scaled to Flare's version of 100%:

This has been filed as a bug--I, for one, cannot use Flare 12 for my primary outputs because of it--but to date there's been no fix.
