Looking for telecom translators + experts in Mapcap Flare

I work in a translation agency and one of my clients looking for translators from English to the below languages- who are experts in MadCap Flare (which also know how to work with Trados) and XML files (and other formats, not only xml).
Field: Telecom technical.

If you have the required background (i.e- technical + telecom) and you are an expert in MadCap Flare + Trados, please send:
