I have a snippet with a variable in it (message).
The snippet and variable work as they should. But the style of the variable in the TIP is smaller in the output.
My note style is Arial .92 em, and my variable style is set to use the default style where it's placed (though I've also tried setting the variable style to be identical to the note style and get the same problem).
What am I missing that is causing the variant to be smaller than the rest of the text? It appears to only be happening in my note styles.
Thanks for any help!

Re: Styles of Variables Not Consistent
My guess is that you've set the font size of the variable.
Bear in mind that the em size is relative to the element's normal size. The variable is an inline element inside p.notetip, so it'll be the same size as p.notetip. But if you set the variable size to 0.92em, then its size is 0.92 x the size of p.notetip; i.e. roughly 0.92 x 0.92 = 0.84 em
I'd suggest that you set your 'normal' font size on the body tag, so that will be your '1em size' in the rest of the stylesheet. Then set all other font sizes relative to that.
