Hi,
I have a multilevel list (3 levels) that I need to add images to at the second and third levels.
Each level has an instruction so when I add the images, I create a paragraph item and then add my caption. My list sequence continues as I want it to. The problem is that the image also indents but I don't want it to. It isn't so bad on the second level but on the third level it is too far indented.
I've tried the following CSS on the image without any luck:
img.centre
{
display: block;
margin: auto;
mc-float: center;
}
Can anyone help please?
Thank you!

Hello! I'll try to help. This is somewhat difficult to explain without showing but what I do to insert an image in a list is like what you said, insert a paragraph by clicking the Bullet List box on the toolbar menu, then to move the image to the left I keep clicking the "Outdent Items" (left arrow button) next to the bullet list tool until the image is placed where I want it.

Re: Images in multilevel lists
How are you creating your multilevel list?
If you are using autonumber this should be a no brainer, the autonumber is added on a block by block basis so you just have to make sure the autonumber hasn't been applied to the block where you are inserting the image.
If you are using ordered or unordered list tags (<ol> or <ul>) it is a little trickier because the block where you are trying to insert the image will inherit the characteristics of the list. It then adds its on characteristics. If that is what you are doing, and I'm guessing it is, the image code you have supplied would place the image about 3/4s of the way across the page.
So, I'd be looking at the topics on this forum relating to ways to handle multilevel lists.
To simplify, in your case (assuming you are using lists and not autonumbers) you will need to finish the list, insert a block for the image (and apply your image formatting), and then start a new list using the list continue option. Of course, if you have an unordered list (dot points) you won't need to use continue numbering.

Thank you both so much.
I had to use your method Steve though I will certainly check out the autonumbering on a block by block basis!
