movies don't appear on compiled page - can't play movies

I'm trying to add movies to a project. I have the .mov files stored in the Resources/Multimedia folder of my help project. I select Insert > Multimedia > Quicktime and then select the movie from the list. I can see on the page in Flare that I've placed the movie.

However, when I compile the help and open it in Chrome or FireFox, the movie doesn't show up so naturally I can't play it.

Can you help me figure out what's going on?
