Destinations and conditional tag settings

Hi -

I have noticed that there is the ability to change the conditional tag properties on a destination, but I'm having a little difficulty understanding its purpose and how to get effective use from these settings.

Help appreciated.

Setting a condition on a destination file (*fldes) has no purpose in terms of building or publishing a target; e.g. if you set a condition on a destination, and then excluded that condition from the target, it wouldn't prevent that target from being published to that destination.

The only purpose I can think of is that if you are importing files from a project - you can import (or not import) files marked with particular conditions.
