Has this widow/orphan behavior been fixed, yet?

This question is for anybody using the newer/newest versions of Flare.

When building from Flare 11 or 12, we still get this problem (scroll to see top of page 80):

After the page-break, the Note icon is repeated in the second half of the p.note enclosure, but the text is not indented, as it should be, so it overlays the graphic.

I can push the text and page-break around to fix one instance, but that just moves the problem.

I know this was discussed before, but it wasn't fixed in Flare at the time.

So ... we have still not updated our Flare software to Flare12r2 or newer. If the above is fixed, that would be another argument in favor of updating.

Anybody?
