Hello,
When I perform a search in my Top Nav Help systems, the search results include topics that don't include the search term. Is there any way to limit my search results to only topics that include the search term? I'm not sure why search would return topics that don't include the search term.
Thanks.

To answer your "why"question, it could be that the terms are in the topics' index keywords and/or in their meta descriptions. In short, the term might be "under the hood". The term doesn't just need to be in the viewable text.

Re: Can I limit Top Nav search results?
I have what i think may be a similar problem, in that a search term of say 2 words brings many results for topics that contain either word, but do not contain them as a term - as entered into the search. For example, the search term 'search backup' ranks many topics at the top that dont contain that term, but contain many instances of the term backup. There is only one topic that contains the term 'search backup' but it ranks every low. The only way is to get it to appear is to type in 'search backup' in quotes. If there was a way to add weight to topics that contain the words in the order they were searched for, that would help a lot
