Flare 2017 Help when offline

Is there a link to download Flare 2017 Help so one can get help while offline?

I get the fact that the software needs to be connected to the internet to validate license, but once validated, I'd like to use Flare wherever I am (like on an airplane).

There is an option to check under:
File > Options > General tab > "Use Local Help"

Searched the forum and Flare Help and was not successful.
