Re: Continous Integration
Absolutely! Flare has command line build capabilities (madbuild) which can work with any CI tool your company is using (TeamCity, Jenkins etc). Flare 2017 also has pre and post build events which you can use to call external batch and powershell scripts. Those features, along with Source Control integration, means Flare can very easily sit within a code CI environment.
We use all of these features on a build server running TeamCity, which builds the relevant target each time a documentation change is checked in to SVN. That we we get immediate access to the build and we also get feedback if the build is successful or has a problem. It's one of the best parts about Flare IMHO.

Re: Continous Integration
We also use TeamCity to generate Flare targets and package them for installer consumption and publishing for internal access. It works great for us too!
We also use SVN, but don't use source control integration with Flare. I haven't tried the pre- and post-build events in Flare 2017.
