Does anyone know how to correct the following?
I have a strange issue where a link from the TOC displays the master page formatting correctly (see below):
When a page is displayed that did not link from the TOC, the master page formatting is different. (see below):

Jamey, where are you applying the master page, at the target level or at the topic level?

To my understanding, at the Target level; at least that is the only location I reference a master page.Nita Beck wrote:Jamey, where are you applying the master page, at the target level or at the topic level?

Check whether there is something different in the way these pages are being loaded, such as a link to a bookmark vs. a link to the page itself.
Check whether there is anything different in the HTML formatting of the page, a different style or a div or other element which could be affecting the formatting.

After checking, links are loaded to the page itself; not using bookmarks.devjoe wrote:Check whether there is something different in the way these pages are being loaded, such as a link to a bookmark vs. a link to the page itself.
I did not check the whole project, however I did from a few of the pages displaying this issue - I do not see any different formatting. (To clarify, compared a page that was displaying correctly vs. incorrectly.)devjoe wrote:Check whether there is anything different in the HTML formatting of the page, a different style or a div or other element which could be affecting the formatting.
One thing that I did notice, I have pages that are not part of the TOC. They are reference pages that are either crossed referenced (xref) from a page that is on the TOC - OR - are called (as a reference for the user) from the application via context sensitive help (alias mapping).
