Flare constantly crashes

Flare constantly crashes with this error:

System.IO.IOException occurred at (date/time)

The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open.

If I then send (or not) a crash report, I can simply continue working. It will happen again in a few minutes, or ten minutes, or half an hour or... It just happens when I'm typing, out of the blue.
At first I thought it only happened in projects I was writing in French, maybe because of the accents (I was just guessing), but it also seems to occur in projects I write in Dutch.

I've already sent TONS of crash reports to madcap but haven't got any fix yet. So I was wondering if any one already encountered this problem too, and if you were able to solve this problem.
It would really help me, because this is getting very annoying.

Have you submitted a bug via https://www.madcapsoftware.com/feedback/bugs.aspx

If you are only submitting from the crash dialog that is displayed, it has been my experience at least, you will not receive a reply. Save the crash report and then attach the report using the URL above along with any information that will help their support team recreate what you were doing at the time of the crash.

I'm experiencing crashes from Flare too, but not with the text you've posted. Best of wishes
