I have a TopNav target. When I build it locally, the search works fine. When I publish it to my web server, the search doesn't work. Here is an example:

Any thoughts on why this works locally but not on the server?

Re: Search not working in published output
I created a new target file and left as many items as possible at their default state, and the target built correctly, and it works when I publish it to my server.
There is something fishy in the target file that caused this, but I don't have time today to fish out what it is.

Re: Search not working in published output
We once had a search problem when we accidently checked the "Include server-side Help ..." checkbox on the "Publishing" tab of the target.
Another time we had a search problem when we linked to a conflicting JQuery library in a master page (just removed the link and used the Madcap jquery).
Others have reported problems when partial word searching is enabled (Performance tab).
Not sure if these will help but they are something to check.
