Remove page numbers form ListOf proxies for ePubs

I have figure and table list ListOf proxies in my project. They work fine in out Word and PDF output, but in our ePubs, but due to the responsive nature of ePubs (user control font size, etc.) it doesn't make sense to have static page number listed.

I've tried to use the following with a variety of tags/styles in my style sheet, but nothing seems to work.
