Style issues title variable in header

Hi,

I use a title variable in the header of our documents. I seem to be having a style issue with one particular document. The text seems to be justified, it's almost as if there are spaces between some of the letters. I have attached a screenshot of the incorrect document (along with a correct example to compare with). The variable appears to be styled correctly in all other documents, and also in the Word output (it's the PDF output I'm having the issue with). This leads me to believe that it must be an issue with the target settings (rather than the page layout, for example), but the target settings seem to be the same as the other targets. I tried recreating the target and the TOC, but I'm having the same issue. I tried entering different text in the title variable, but I'm still seeing the issue.

Does anyone know how I could fix this issue?

Does this only occur in the header? Not in the rest of the document? The space between letters is called kerning. I've only see it happen in Flare due to a conflict with high resolution screens, and for me it's always the whole document. It seems to happen at random, but I've noticed that it occurs much more frequently in large documents.

Workaround: Make sure your display zoom is at 100% and try regenerating the output again. Alternatively, you can open Flare's properties and disable DPI scaling. I contacted Flare about it several years back and they claimed it's not an issue on their end, but rather something to do with Adobe. So no foreseeable fix.

I honestly didn't think this would work because it only affected the header, but I set my zoom level to 100% and rebuilt the target and it worked

Unfortunately having a zoom level of 100% (rather than 125%) seems too small on my laptop screen, but at least I know I can switch it if this issue occurs again.
