Moving PDF into HTML5 output causes black cover page

I am having an issue with a cover page not showing the image on the PDF once it goes into my HTML5 project when I open in Chrome.

When you click on the hyperlink the cover is black.

I tested the output in Firefox and IE and it comes in normally. Chrome throws the cover to black.

Go it to work. Saving the image from the cover of the Word document solves the problem.
