Expand All/Collapse All button in HTML 5

Hi. I've got a topic toolbar in my HTML5 output which includes the Expand All/Collapse All button for my various togglers and drop-downs, all good.

However, in other topics where I have no drop-downs - but lists of links to other pages - I've been asked to disable the button since it isn't needed. I can't figure out how to do this, does anyone know if it's possible?

I don't think it's possible to disable the Expand All/Collapse All button dynamically, on a topic-by-topic basis, in HTML5 output, at least not out of the Flare box. I think that what you see is what you get across the output. Someone else will need to weigh in if there's any custom javascript you might be able to add.
