Update cross-references - how do I know which failed?

Updating cross-references in a file, I get the error:

"Failed to update 1 of the selected cross-references"

However, it doesn't indicate which one - is there any way to find out?

When my cross references to another section within a topic fail/break, they change to the title of that topic. So for those you can search the title of the document and find that one. I can't remember what it does when cross references to another topic fail...
