Single Stylesheet for all Projects
Single Stylesheet for all Projects
I would like all my projects so share a single stylesheet but I cannot find a away to set one. The options do not allow me to choose a stylesheet, only to edit or import styles. Also my project style sheet is taking its styles from Mobile.css even though I haven't specified mobile in my target. Any ideas? I'm new to Flare and I'm using v. 12

Hi TeleTech,
In your primary target, in the General tab, you should select the stylesheet you require as your Master Stylesheet.
Try rebuilding your project after that.

Thankyou! I can't select a style sheet from the General Tab unless it's already in the list.
To get around this, should I copy it into a specific folder so that it shows in the list?

Have you explored Global Project Linking?
You can keep stuff like stylesheets, copyright, masterpages, and so on in one project and use them for all your other projects...

What is your primary target?
I have HTML 5 with Top Nav as my primary and a PDF output also set. In my Content > Resources > Stylesheets directory, I have "styles.css."
When modifying my CSS, I choose "Medium (Default)" to make changes to affect all my output. Then, I select "Medium: Print" to affect only my PDF output. If I look at the CSS in a text editor, the text editor lists the default styles as you would expect, but then there's an "@media print" section that provides the overrides for my print (PDF) output.
In this way, I am just using one CSS for both of my outputs.
Cheers,
Sean
