HTML project features - Security,watermark

Hi All,

I have HTML projects in which I want to include,

1. Watermark
Either company logo or some company name -- This I need for both HTML output as well as pdf output.

2. Footer
At the bottom... to display copyright line.

3. Pwd protected
Can we keep it pwd protected, copy protected --- like pdf does?

4. Web updates
We are planning to integrate documents(HTML project) with my software which is on cloud, can I update documents(HTML project) directly without updating my software -- need some technical guidelines.

Is MadCap providing security(pwd protected, copy) for online output, like html guard ?

Has anyone done this before?
