Telling user to click on thumbnail

I think users know by now that they can click on a hyperlink to navigate to another location. But how do you tell them to click on a thumbnail to see the large version of a photo or video? Can you add some "autonumber" text in an image.thumbnail style to tell them so?

You could use an autonumber - have you tried it?
