Before we moved to Flare we used Word documents and managed them in SharePoint. In SharePoint we had a property for status (for example Unchanged, In Progress, In Review, Deprecated, Deferred). When providing documents for review we filtered on the In Progress status and worked our way through each document. When releasing documents we filtered the list by In Review and released documents one by one.
In Flare - I know you can have a status file tag. However, it would be great if we could include the status file tag in the Files With Changes report. I cannot see a way to do this, either in Flare or Analyzer. If you could provide some guidance around this that would be great.
