Hi,
About ten days ago I submitted a technical support query on https://www.madcapsoftware.com/support/ ... px?p=flare. I didn't get a confirmation that it had been received, so after a couple of days I emailed CustomerService@madcapsoftware.com. I haven't had a response.
I'm not sure what to do next. Is there a problem with customer support at the moment?

Thanks for posting the inquiry.
Do you recall getting a confirmation letter at some point? Sometimes our emails are routed to our users' spam or junk folders. Can you check yours and see if any of those have been redirected there?
If the issue occurs with the form, and it does not take you to the confirmation page upon submit, you may need to clear your browser's cache.
Here are the steps to clear the cache:
