Preview looks fine but not in browser-too much spacing
I have a topic with a H4 tag. It has 0 for above and below settings. In the Flare Preview it looks fine. But if client or I look up the htm file in a browser, there are several lines of spacing.

Looks to me like your browser isn't using the CSS. I have no idea why that might be, but it doesn't look anything like what you see in the preview. Right-click on the page in the browser and view the source, that might give you some clues to what's going on. (Sorry, I don't have any suggestions for fixing it.)
