Anybody know how to turn this off?
I'm turning it off in User Account control for now but don't remember this happening before so seems like it should be fixable

If you are using Flare 2017 r3 on Windows 10, and you recently updated Windows 10, I suggest you report this to MadCap. Ever since last weekend's Windows 10 update, I've been experiencing something similar, although not exactly the same as what you are reporting. I otherwise don't have a suggestion. Sorry...

Is Flare configured to run as an administrator but you don't have administrative privileges?
