Top Nav Home Page DIVs

Can anyone direct me to an awesome video, webinar or guide for dummies that contains step-by-step examples of working with the top nav home page template, the DIVs in particular? I'm having a devil of a time formatting the content within those things.

Not specifically the home page ones.. but I think Scott DeLoach's webinar was pretty amazing for an introduction to working with the responsive layout tools. It certainly got me going in the right direction!
