Hi! I have two targets which re-use lots of content. I've found that there are two ways to go about this for a certain page:

One single topic, with condition tags for sorting out paragraphs which are needed in only one of the targets.
Two topics, with snippets used for paragraphs which are needed in both targets.

I'm a bit conflicted on this matter because it seems like both solutions work perfectly fine. I would however like to hear from some other people if there are advantages to one or the other?

I personally prefer to utilise snippets as opposed to inline <MadCap:conditionalText>, it's more granular and makes it easier to reuse in the future. I actually tend to use inline conditional text more in things like PageLayouts for formatting purposes, such as a title page with a version number variable that can be excluded if unneeded.
