"Missing cross-referenced file" in Temporary folder

Suddenly I'm getting the following build errors:
Missing cross-referenced file: file:///C:/Flare/Output/{username}/Temporary/..... {folder}/topic.html"
Give that there are no links in my files to this folder, and that any files in that folder are put there by Madcap Flare itself, why would this error be happening?
I've tried completely clearing the C:/Flare/Output folder between builds but that does not help.
EDIT: OK, I found out what was wrong. You get this misleading error message if you are using a snippet in a file and the snippet itself has a broken link. In this case, the parent file is given as the place where the error is occurring, not the snippet, and you also get that associated "Temporary" folder error as well.
