many xmlns properties in one topic

Hello!

Environments: Flare 9.1.2 in 64-bit Win 10 Pro

In topics in my HTML source code imported from RoboHelp using Flare 7, many same properties;

xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"

have been written in each topic (in each HTML file).

I think the property is enough to be written in the <html> tag, so I want to remove (unnecessary?) properties from each files.
I don't also want to add the properties automatically when I write the new sentences.

Please let me know how I can remove them and how I can skip adding them.

PS.
By the way, they were not always added automatically when I had imported source codes from RoboHelp to Flare 7
because sometimes they will be added automatically when I add the new sentences in Flare 9.1.2.

Speaking only for myself and meaning absolutely no disrespect, I'm reluctant to download a zip file. Could you post a screenshot or two showing the code you're talking about? They might be enough to elicit some advice from forum members.

I attached a screenshot as one zipped JPEG file in my previous post because the size is huge.

In this post I've attached a JPEG file directly.

Please let me know which file type you prefer.
