Side Navigation and the two scrollbars

Hi all,

For a side navigation output, two scroll bars display (one for the TOC) and one for the content topic:

Does anyone know how to remove the scrollbar that displays adjacent to the TOC so that you just have one scrollbar on the right side of the page? It looks like Oracle have done this in there side navigation but I am not sure how they did it: https://docs.cloud.oracle.com/iaas/Content/home.htm

I'm pretty sure there aren't any options in Flare's side nav skin to get it working like that.

My guess is that Oracle have customised the output/CSS for that behaviour.
