I'm working on a document with lots of tables, it's going to be output as HTML5 Tripane and PDF.
Most of the tables are 4 column and I want them to have fixed but different column widths, e.g. column 1 = 2cm, col 2 = 8cm, cols 3 & 4 both 2.5cm.
I was hoping I'd be able to create a table style that I'd be able to apply to a table that would automagically make them all comply to these settings (and the column would all line up neatly).
I can make them all the same width in the TableStyle Editor, but does anyone know a hack that I can use to make a table 4 columns with different widths - I really don't want to have to manually resize columns!
I'm on Flare 2018 on Windows 10.

Re: Table Style with different fixed column widths?
Create several different table styles and apply them as you need them. Name the table styles sensibly, for example "4col-2-6-4-3" where the numbers are the widths of the columns.
Also, you might want to leave one of your columns set to "Auto" for width in all your table styles, so you can use the table in a place where it's not exactly 15cm wide, for example when nested in a list.
Get one of your tablestyles just as you want it with borders and colours etc correct, then copy it and edit it rather than starting from scratch each time.
