Which MT to use?

Total Lingo newb. Evaluating it right now to provide leadership with a feasibility report. I see three MT options and don't know what to consider when choosing one vs the other: Google Translate, Microsoft Bing, Memory Translate.net. Recommendations please? Thank you!
