Add new drop-down button to the topic toolbar

I want to add a drop-down button to the topic toolbar of my HTML5 TopNav skin.

Essentially, I want something similar to the language drop-down. The language drop-down changes the URL, e.g. www.example.com/en/topic.htm becomes www.example.com/fr/topic.htm.

I want a button with a drop-down with three values: 'user', 'admin' and 'console user'.

It would be great if it got the same result: www.example.com/user/topic.htm becomes www.example.com/admin/topic.htm or www.example.com/console/topic.htm.

I would be even greater if I could trigger a JavaScript from each of the buttons. That would allow me to automatically show/hide content based on conditions.

However!

I found how I can add buttons to the topic toolbar. That's all fine. On the other hand, I did not find how I can add a drop-down to the topic toolbar. There's the default ones (Select Language, SelectRoleDropDown, Select Skin), but I cannot find how to add a new drop-down to the topic toolbar, nor how to add drop-down values or what happens if the user clicks it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I attach a faked image of what I want: a drop-down field in my topic toolbar, with N values (buttons). Each button would then trigger a JavaScript.

I can add regular buttons in the topic toolbar (the Setup tab page of the TopicToolbar).

In the Styles tab page, I can change the style and event of those buttons.

But I don't see how I can add a 'drop-down button'. There are only the out-of the-box drop-down buttons. I'd like to add one myself...
