Search and Replace FAIL

I am attempting to search and replace a simple string: 'click the Next button' with 'click Next'. I can visually (manually) find multiple instances of the first string. When I click Find Next, Flare locates the next instance in the current file. When I click Replace, it replaces it. When I click Find All or Replace All, Flare searches and finds nothing, even if there is an instance present in the currently open file.

This occurred in 2017. v3 and is still occurring in version 2018.v2. Anyone have a clue why this extremely simple and necessary operation is failing?

Just a thought - do you have any additional formatting applied, such as making "Next" bold? If so, you might have more success if you search and replace in code, so formatting can be found.

Thanks, I was trying to replace the text below, so I did as you suggested, and it worked. Go figure.
